1.2If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the 88bf Platform and close your account.
1.3These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English-language version and any translated version, the English-language version shall prevail.
2.1You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to register an account or use any service on 88bf. We take our age-verification obligations seriously and may request documentary proof of age at any time. Access by minors is strictly prohibited.
2.2You represent and warrant that you are not accessing 88bf from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your location. 88bf does not represent or warrant that access to the Platform is legal in any specific jurisdiction.
2.3During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, address, and a valid contact method. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
2.488bf reserves the right to request Know Your Customer ("KYC") documentation — including government-issued photo identification and proof of address — at any point before processing withdrawals or in response to suspicious activity.
3.1Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 88bf Platform. Duplicate accounts identified by name, address, device fingerprint, payment method, or IP address will be flagged, merged, or terminated at 88bf's discretion.
3.2You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 88bf will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your username and password secure. You must notify 88bf immediately upon discovering any unauthorised access to your account.
3.3Account ownership is non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or transfer your 88bf account or any credits, bonuses, or winnings associated with it to any third party.
4.1All funds deposited into your 88bf account must originate from a payment source in your own name. Deposits funded from third-party accounts or payment methods not verified as belonging to the registered account holder will be refused and returned.

4.488bf reserves the right to apply standard anti-money-laundering checks before processing any withdrawal. Funds suspected of being proceeds of fraud or financial crime will be reported to relevant authorities and will not be released pending investigation.
5.1All bonus offers published on 88bf are subject to the specific wagering requirements, time limits, minimum odds restrictions, and game eligibility rules stated within each individual promotion. These promotion-specific terms are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
5.2Bonuses are intended for recreational players. 88bf reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or claw back bonus funds where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a User is abusing bonus offers, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts, placing low-risk hedged bets to meet wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional conditions.
5.3Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your 88bf wallet. Winnings generated from bonus funds are held as bonus balance until wagering requirements are met; once requirements are satisfied, the resulting balance converts to withdrawable real-money funds.
6.1All bets placed on 88bf are final once confirmed. 88bf will not reverse a confirmed bet except in the event of a manifest technical error on 88bf's part, or in the circumstances described in game-specific rules (e.g., match abandonment, void market rules).
6.288bf publishes sport-specific and game-specific rules for cricket betting, live casino games, slots, and other products. These rules form part of these Terms and govern the settlement of all wagers. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall take precedence for that wager.
6.3Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and game types. These limits are displayed within the relevant product lobby and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 88bf Platform:
88bf reserves the right to immediately suspend and terminate accounts engaged in any of the above, and to report relevant conduct to applicable law enforcement authorities.
8.1All content on the 88bf Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, trademarks, logos, and textual content — is the intellectual property of 88bf or its licensed providers. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without the express written consent of 88bf.
9.1To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 88bf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of winnings, or data loss.
9.288bf does not guarantee that the Platform will be available without interruption. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may temporarily suspend services. 88bf will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where reasonably practicable.
9.3In the event of a technical malfunction that results in a game being played under incorrect conditions, 88bf reserves the right to void affected rounds and return stakes. No further compensation will be offered for voided play.
10.188bf is committed to promoting responsible gambling. All Users have access to deposit limits, session time reminders, reality check notifications, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion tools directly within their account settings.
10.2If you believe you may have a gambling problem, you are encouraged to use 88bf's self-exclusion feature and to seek independent advice from responsible gaming support organisations. 18+ only. Gambling should be treated as entertainment, not as a source of income.
10.388bf reserves the right to enforce responsible gaming measures — including account restrictions or mandatory cooling-off periods — where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a User's gambling behaviour is problematic.
11.188bf may suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably believes that a User has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
11.2Upon termination for breach, any bonus balance in the account will be forfeited. Real-money balances not implicated in the suspected breach will be returned to the User following completion of any outstanding verification or investigation.
11.3Users may close their own account at any time by contacting 88bf support. Any real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be withdrawn to the User's verified payment method.
12.188bf collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
13.1These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws.
13.2In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or game, the records held by 88bf's server logs shall be considered the authoritative source of information. If you wish to raise a formal complaint, you must contact 88bf support within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the complaint.
14.188bf reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided via email or an on-Platform notification.
